Give your community
its momentum.

I'm Rob McCauley. I help brands, towns and causes turn a crowd into a community that actually shows up. I don't manage it from the outside, I get in it and lift it. The voice that gets your people off the sidelines, gives first, and keeps the momentum going.

On the mic

Every community already has the people. What it is missing is a voice loud enough, and warm enough, to call them in.

About me

I'm the voice communities rally behind.

For years I've been the uplifting voice of HelpBnk, getting thousands of people to give first, show up and lift each other up. Turns out that is a rare thing, and it works anywhere there are people who could become a community.

Plenty of people can write you a community strategy. Almost nobody can stand at the front and make people move. That is the bit I do. I bring the warmth, the noise and the human face that turns a plan into people who actually turn up.

So if your community has gone quiet, or never quite got going, that is exactly what I am here for.

See me in action

Don't take my word for it. Watch a room move.

The best way to feel what I'd bring to your community is to watch me bring it to someone else's. Here's me doing the thing.

When I'm not on the mic, I'm putting it in writing. Honest, useful and, hopefully, unmistakably me.

Before I Forget

A dad's advice to his children.

A lifelong positive mental health aid for our children - written from a parents perspective. The initial idea behind this book was to create an accessible source of loving, parental advice for my own children; which would sit on a book shelf ready for that moment they really need it but can't reach out for help. Covering real life subjects written as if my own children had asked the question - If our children are struggling with Confidence or Depression this book draws upon the valuable (and sincere) experience of a parent who has been there before. As we all have.

Sometimes the hardest thing we can do is reach out to a loved one and frankly as a parent that scares me so a few years ago I started writing this book. I published a few quotes online and was encouraged by the interest from parents across the world to self publish it - both my daughters and a few hundred people across the world now have a copy sitting on their bookshelves. Now i would like to take it further and get this book as far out there as possible.

The Founder's Handbook

The ultimate book of entrepreneurial advice.

The ultimate book of entrepreneurial advice, built one founder at a time.

I'm collecting the best wisdom from some of the world's best entrepreneurs, and each one passes the baton by nominating the next. Adam Smith's already in, and the list keeps growing.

The plan is simple: real, hard-won advice from people who've genuinely done it, all in one place to help the next wave of founders find their feet.

Someone in your corner for six months.

Just me and you, for six months. I keep checking in and keep you honest about the handful of things that actually move your life forward.

We work on the four pillars your life stands on, not the to-do list:

01

Health & energy

The body and daily habits everything else runs on.

02

Relationships

The people around you, and how present you are for them.

03

Craft & work

The thing you're building, and doing it on purpose.

04

Mind & headspace

How you talk to yourself, and where your head is at.

How it works

01

A free 30-minute call

We talk through where you're at and I'm honest about whether I'm the right person to help. Sometimes I'll tell you that you don't need me.

02

We find your four pillars

Together we pin down the four things in life you need to focus on, then agree what good looks like for each.

03

I keep you honest

Over six months I keep checking in so the things you said mattered actually get done, with a get-out at three months if you have what you need.

Six months, £1,500 all in. £750 to begin, a get-out at three months, then £250 a month to the finish.

Start with a free 30-minute call.

Thirty minutes, just a proper chat. We work out together whether I'm the right person to help you, and if I'm not, I'll tell you straight.

I read every one myself. We'll find a time that works, usually within a day or two.
How I build momentum

Give first. Show up. Watch it lift itself.

It is the same simple loop that powered HelpBnk, and it works in this order every time.

01

Give first, out loud

We lead with a genuine offer of help and make noise about it. Generosity sets the tone and gives your people permission to join in.

02

Your people show up

When the first move is giving, not selling, the sidelines empty out. Members become participants who ask, offer and connect.

03

The momentum holds

Help starts flowing between your people, not just from the front. I keep being the voice that calls the next wave in, so it does not fade.

New · once a year

A founder retreat
for the rest of us.

Everyone bangs on about luxury ski trips and five-figure masterminds. This is the opposite. A real, in-person founder retreat that anyone can get to and actually afford, think the best of a proper British winter getaway, not an Alpine chalet. One weekend a year to down tools, meet your people, and lift each other up.

Actually affordablePriced so real people can actually come.
Genuinely accessibleEveryone welcome, and built so everyone can join in.
Real lifeOff the screens, in a room, together.
First retreat winter 2027. No payment now, just be first in line.

This retreat runs on give-first. Money tight? Tell me above and we will find a way. Doing alright? Pay it forward and gift a place to someone who needs it. Either way, nobody misses out because of money.

From the community

Straight from the legends.

Their words, not mine. Tap a card for the next one, and more are being added all the time.

Rob's real gift is the people everyone else overlooks. The ones who find networking intimidating, who haven't got a community or the money for the fancy rooms. He spots them and lifts them up. He once clocked that a guy selling jacket potatoes from a van could do with a boost, so he got a local influencer down to give him a big up. That is just who he is: properly inclusive, properly kind, and he will always find a way so nobody is left out because of money.

Rob has been a rock, It's safe to say that I have been through the ringer a few times since I met Rob. What I like about Rob is his inquisitive yet supportive energy he caries on him at all times. He manages to be constantly encouraging with out offering up unsolicited advice. It's a true skill that I believe is just "his way" more than something he has tried to learn. Wishing all your dreams come true for the future Rob.

Rob is that person you want on your team. He is a gifted cheer leader with the ability to rally an entire community or crowd. With an exceptional eye for spotting individuals talent, he dedicates time to encourage and deliver actionable advice to enable them to achieve their fullest potential. Believing that no one should feel isolated on their business journey. Like all great leaders he leaves no man or woman down, checking in on any one that seems distant from the community. Creates genuine connections, friendships, accountability and a real driving motivation to succeed. Delivering positive messages to meet you at every challenge life throws at you. Simply because he wants you to win at life, one forward step at a time. This guy is the real deal. Salt of the earth meets a passionate heart of gold. Can’t recommend this legend enough!

Rob is one of the most genuine, cool guys that I know. He’s always uplifting and positive, and he brings so much energy into the room, he’s a real light. He’s the perfect ambassador for HelpBnk. We’re so lucky to have him in our community.

Rob is such a special human. What he does for others with no expectation of return is nothing short of inspirational. He first burst into my life during a Helpbnk accelerator. His legendary daily video posts lifted me like no other, his positivity pushed me to commit to myself and the work, and his pure, unfiltered belief that we can all achieve greatness is actually what spurred me on to launch my own business, which I can already see was a life-changing event. Rob, never change. The world needs you❣️

I honestly struggle to think of anyone who better embodies the ethos of helping the people around them. What makes Rob particularly special is that he doesn't just talk about helping others, he consistently puts it into practice. He has an incredible ability to make the people around him feel valued, supported and capable of achieving more than they perhaps thought possible and he does this on such a vast scale. Whether it's through the people he works with, the communities he's part of, or the countless people he has inspired along the way, Rob has this natural ability to lift people up and bring them with him. He genuinely wants other people to succeed, and I think that says an enormous amount about the person he is. What I admire most about Rob is that he never loses sight of who he is. He turns up every day as his authentic self: open, genuine, incredibly personable and, most importantly, he cares. In a world where it's easy to get caught up in appearances or personal success, Rob has stayed completely grounded in the people around him.

Rob is genuinely one of those rare people with a heart of gold. He is the biggest cheerleader for the people around him, celebrating their wins, encouraging them through the difficult moments and always making you feel like he truly wants to see you succeed. What makes Rob particularly special is the community he creates around him. He has an incredible ability to bring people together and make everyone feel like they belong. He notices people, checks in, includes them and makes sure nobody is left feeling alone or isolated. His energy, kindness and support are completely genuine. I’m incredibly grateful to call Rob a dear friend, and any community lucky enough to have him at the heart of it will be better because of him.
Emma Barrett

Rob is always there when someone needs him. He will read the room and always be checking in at the right times. He’s also a great motivator and cheering up guy, when the group gets in an awkward situation or silent he’s always able to switch it around. Personally Rob is one of the very few people in my life that really hold a special place. We met online, then briefly at an event but he’s always there for many people. He’s also great at asking you the right questions to solve your own problems, like a great coach.
Ricardo Otto
Ricardo Otto Full-Stack Dev for Founders
I met Rob at the HelpBnk 2nd anniversary event, and he has been a constant support ever since. He tells people to ignore the noise and go after their vision, and some of the people he's backed have even been featured in Simon Squibb's content. Over the last year and a half, Rob has supported me through every high and low. He provides the accountability and structure needed to turn raw learning into real progress. Rob truly is a cultivator of legends.
John Hummel
John Hummel Founder of JH Motiv
Rob gives to his communities without ever expecting a single thing back. He uplifts every community he is part of, celebrates wins that are not even his own, and has a way of motivating everyone around him to do well and keep going. He turns up for people on their best days and their worst, and asks for nothing in return. The communities he is in are thriving, and honestly a big part of that is him. If it was not for Rob, a lot of us would not be where we are today. He is one of the genuine good ones, and if anyone deserves to make this his main thing, it is him.
Ashley Johnson
Ashley Johnson Founder at Haijahr, author and member of the HelpBnk community
Rob is a genuinely lovely bloke with a real curiosity about where our dreams come from. He can effortlessly bridge that emotive ‘why’ in our stories, and shares candidly how loneliness has inspired him to connect and empower others.

What I believe
Nobody sits on the sidelines.
Give before you ask.
Say it loud enough to move.

Let's get your community loud.

Tell me who your people are and what you want them doing. I'll come back with how I'd call them in, whether that's one talk or a community built from scratch.

Let's build something.

I read every one myself and I'll get back to you.
